Profile Systems & Accessories:
UAC specialize in most of the commercial profile systems extruded in the world and are the authorized fabricators for Schuco and Alumil profile systems in the manufacture of curtain wall, skylights, doors, windows, etc.
Specifications/Standards & Codes:
Except when otherwise specified, all aluminium sections, workmanship, standard of performance and design of products comply with relevant British and/or DIN Standards, codes, local building, fire and safety regulations.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Guarantees:
Unless otherwise specified, UAC issues a comprehensive guarantee of 1 year from the date of installation for all of its products against any manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event of a need for service by the clients, they can contact the office 24 hrs and the rectification will be carried out at the earliest.
Maintenance after Guarantee Period:
UAC has a separate Maintenance Team to attend to all the regular and emergency service calls by its customers. For auto doors, revolving doors, etc, the customers can enter into an annual maintenance contract with UAC at a concessional rate.
EXPANSION/DIVERSIFICATION
a. Powder Coating Plant
b. Trading Division:
UAC has established a separate division for the sale of
profiles, accessories, glass, etc to cater to the requirements of small aluminium
fabricators. With the extension of this facility, a customer can order their entire
requirements under one roof and the goods will be delivered to their factory at any time
convenient to them. New products from reputed manufacturers around the world
are being added frequently to
the product list to meet the growing needs of the market.
c. Multiple Glazing Division:
Double glazing and laminated safety glass are manufactured in its well equipped Multiple Glazing Division. The double glazed units manufactured are attractive with designs that provide a rich and refined look and gives effective thermal and sound insulation. Laminated safety glass is produced in Bahrain in collaboration with GLOBAL GLAS TECHNOLOGIES LTD, UK.
d. Wardrobe System and Fiberglass Doors:
UAC is fabricating and installing in technical collaboration with Messrs Stanley Door systems, USA, ‘Acmetrack’ Wardrobe System and premium quality Fiberglass Door Systems. These products are very flexible and can be modified to adapt to any size, colour and design. One can experience the warmth and richness of its handcrafted decorative glass panels as the classiest.
The durability and performance of these products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturers and contains no materials or chemicals hazardous to humans or environment.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS QUALITY
The quality policy of UAC ensures that the customer expectations are exceeded whenever possible without any additional cost involvement. A professional term of Quality Inspectors verify and monitor the extrusions, accessories, glass, etc, by random sampling viz-a-viz to the specifications, designs, sizes and controls at pre-determined manufacturing stages. Inspections are routinely carried out by quality assurance personnel at site installations.
The methods of inspection and testing are conducted as
stipulated in BS/DIN Standard Guidelines.
